Established in 2014, W2square Consultancy has completed projects across a wide range of industries of varying scales from industrial warehouses, laboratories, food & beverage outlets, commercial offices and retail fit-outs, to residential housing and shop houses, for both international and local clients in the private and government sector.
Our M&E consultancy service includes design inception, Authority submissions, cost estimates, tender process and management during construction until the handover of site to Owner.
In addition, we have a strong network of established firms to collaboratively offer Architectural, Structural, Interior Design, LEW etc. services.
We are registered with BCA Public Sector Panel of Consultants (PSPC)-ME03.
Delivering projects in accordance to Singapore’s Authorities’ requirements and Code of Practices.
Being a small set-up, the Management / QP is able to be closely involved in all projects.
We believe in a good working relationship with our Stake Holders to deliver projects within schedule and cost.
We are located in the heart of Toa Payoh Neighbourhood. But we are always going around serving the people.
